The only Wizards big man who could stay with Noah is Trevor Booker, who is four inches shorter. And Taj Gibson might be a better one-on-one defender than Noah.

But discussing one-on-one matchups in Thibodeau's system is futile. He has turned Noah into a great team defender, as the job basically is to funnel opponents into Noah and Gibson.
