all of those are very static, more a show of raw power. not really functional. i just do cardio, play sports and i skate every now and again.. ive got good genetics so being athletic was a bit of a given aslong as i keep up to it. i'd be competing with oats to be one of the top athletes on here. years of multi sport experience at high levels. it's much more functional in life than being that huge, it makes you more dynamic.
if you doing it cause you enjoy it that's cool, do you. but i'm with oats, i don't get it.
