Btw, Mir is close to retirement/getting cut, Kongo got cut, overeem is washed up with suspicion of roids being his key to success, and cigano is overhauling his training regiment after getting thoroughly thrashed by the smaller, more athletic fighter. I have to agree with seyance on this one. I do light weights and mostly plyo and calisthenics, and I'm positive I'd outperform most people here athletically. Ie in actual function or competition (obv not a weight lifting comp). I don't knock being a muscular meathead, but I don't get it unless you are trying to be a trainer or bodybuilder of some sort.
