Na just rinse of an wash in the shower. The salt actually gets absorbed into the body through the skin and helps replenish things in your body that it needs to relax and relieve pain so rinsing off isn't gonna hurt anything if you soak long enough

I was thinking about signing out/taking a break from writing for awhile. Focus on other things in my free time. It's been pretty good. I still lurk on here a couple times a day but I suppose old habits die hard.

When I come back to writing I would enjoy topical'ing you to death, though, Michael. We're best bros but you've crossed a line. Like a prepubescent teen having a party while daddy's away at work you will have to answer for these transgressions.
