long bar is where people type verses that actually flow but instead of a 1-2 setup punch its 1,2,3-4 (setup setup setup punch) but longbar "heads count there four normal lines as 2 text lines
the text heads here really use longbar. probably. i dunno i dont read anyones text raps anymore. but im sure this site favors no flow and a dope concept with a few words that rhyme at the end of sloppy longwinded sentences
