When engaged I am the alpha of this brigade, and all of the others know it. I've been in sleep mode for a while, to the point where #2 thinks he's #1, and maybe he is in terms of present tense, but in his heart of hearts he knows I am alpha and omega. He tries to rile me up, because he misses me, but the boy doesn't understand grown up things, yet. I love him like a son... who I'd acknowledge was mine, but let the world raise. He may kill me in my sleep someday, and hopefully, as he learns the ways of the world, will realize the folly in his ways.
