no sugar added doesn't necessarily mean no sugar
fruit has a lot of sugar in it so if you taken in too much, it doesn't matter that it came from fruit originally
yeah, it's better than taking in a bunch of high fructose corn syrup, but it's still sugar
Yea but you are talking about natural sugars which burn off completely different from artificial sugars
