I suck at bowling. I was drunk as fuck and lost a bunch of money betting on bowling last night. Like, quite a bit of money. I threw a lot of gutter balls. Like, in the gutter halfway down the lane. I would pause and look at every one as it rolled down the gutter and then do an exaggerated fist pump when it was in the bowling ball pit of death. It was not fun, though. I did not do good.

Straps come somewhere after 315. Mostly because my grip is burned out from BJJ. If fresh I can do an over under on my 1RM but why

Solid numbers. I'm all upper body which is why I sucked at powerlifting competitions in high school. Got 315 in bench but could never crack 400 in squat or deadlifts.

i don't think i'll ever crack 400 on a full squat. too old and too broken down. this groin injury seems to resurface every time i get close.
