Your job is a multi level marketing ordeal. It's akin to a pyramid scheme as pan pointed out except its human capital. Anyone can do that job and they didn't recruit you bc of your sales skills they recruited you to pad their stats. I doubt you sell much product, your job is to nab the next sucker.
