The other hundreds of other things in it do. They make strains with the highest amounts of the other stuff instead of high amounts of thc, you see

cbd's is the stuff your thinking of, high cbd strains are for the pain and other stuff, but the high thc content medical marijuana is more for mental shit

im not sure what affects weed has on concussion victims tho
