We will be smoking in the car, and this guy will walk up to our window fucking tweaked out as fuck

He'll be like, can I come in, and we'll just say no, and then he fucking stands there real awkward for a few minutes

This has happened 4 different times at DIFFERENT LOCATIONS

The first time he ever did it, we let him in and smoked him out, but he wouldn't say anything. The only thing he did say was, man I've been shitting all day. And it got quiet, so he got out of the car and ran away.

I don't know if I should be concerned?
