aside from that, perhaps we should have some set of criteria for HOF? Clearly it's a mixture of talent and accomplishments, but is it up to our discretion to determine what the sufficient balance of those two is? Also, maybe there should be like a resumé type thread where the case is made for the candidates? just trying to make it as transparent as possible.

Yeah, I'll get that stuff together. But I think it should be up to each of the voters to determine who deserves it by their own standards. That's why we want a good group of knowledgeable voters.
