Pent uP seems to really enjoy being the only non-battler in the Hall of Fame. Even Vulgar would be relying in part on his battling prowess if he makes it.
PancakeBrah has articulated it better than I could. dead man is the heart of the Open Mic section and has several measurable Hall of Fame variables. I think we should put this on the line: If dead man, Vulgar or Frank wins The Winter Topical, they will enter the Hall of Fame. If none do, we will evaluate their resumes independently.
