Ive already debunked that rationale in my other post then

If I go to rb and champ a season of ss or better yet if I had won that 64 man tourney I placed second in...u think there would be any argument for me being hof there? Not without seasons and seasons of battles under my belt...hof doesnt come with noteriety it comes with battling and thats something black hasnt really done here

It may only come with battling if you are a text head, but as a topical writer there is also the Open Mic...black consistently posts HOF worthy pieces, and has done for many moons, here and elsewhere, so I don't buy this 'you have to have been battling' because he has been proving his talent week in and week out in the Open Mic forum, he has been active and he is arguably the best writer here. The talent is apparent, I don't see why he has to have competed in leagues to be considered a hall of fame topical writer, surely that should go the the most talented?

I think pretty much everyone is in agreement that black falls into that category.
