This is why I said in it's truest form. Eminem is a great multi-syllabic rhymer but that doesn't make him the best to deliver it. In my opinion the rapper who master both the technical and delivery aspects above anyone else was G Rap.

let me be clear eminem is one of the best multisyllable rhyming rappers ever.

but eminem hardly ever uses rhymes that perfectly in the traditional sense he rhymes words imperfectly and putting words together that aren't perfect he bends the shit out of words and uses any technique he can to make words that on paper look like they should'nt rhyme at all. with that said though im going with rakim he the best multisyllable rhyming rapper ever to me he was the first to perfect.
