lmao it's the day after Christmas
Queen Victoria married Albert, who was German, brought over the Christmas tree here etc to keep up the tradition of drunken fisticuffs engraved in English culture for centuries, once a year we all get drunk on Hogmead and fight in the towns centre you can see for miles from the castle I live in and thousands are fighting it out hence, "boxing" day
