Hollywood vs. Muff
The thing that I find most crazy about this battle that it might
not even end up as the battle of the week, because we have
so many quality battles this week. That beind said, this should
still be dope. And by that I mean really dope. Both are known
to come with it. And honestly, on a good day, either can win
this. But I'll still have to give it Holly. He just battled more in
the recent past and his wording seems to be more on point at
the moment. Still, never write off the Muff! Make sure to vote
on this, y'all.
Battle of the Week Potential: 2-1

Dominate vs. Allen Knight
Another very strong candidate for the battle of the week right
here. And it's an interesting clash of styles, too. Allen Knight is
very raw in his verses, coming with grimey attack lines that hit
hard. Dominate is very polished and clean with really creative
concepts. This might just come down to which styles the voters
prefer. I for one can appreciate both, so this is just a heads up
for me. If I had to pick one, it'd be Allen, though, because Dom
just recently came back from his hiatus and might be a bit rusty.
Battle of the Week Potential: 2-1

Defiant vs. Arch.
Two very underrated guys right here. Defiant has some bars, but
at times his wording lets him down, which might be the reason a
lot of people see him as an underdog. Arch on the other hand has
a quite sound wording, but doesn't post too much outside of batt-
les and is sorta humble even in them, ending all his verse with the
infamous "blahh..." Well, this one of the battles to read and vote
on this week, and I honestly don't know whom to give it to. In the
end, the rust might be a deciding factor again, and that would fa-
vor Def, but he's also somewhat inconsistent, so my pick is Arch.
You can never count out Defiant, though. He gets those upsets.
Battle of the Week Potential: 3-1

Knucklehead vs. RPK
Both have solid wording and are somewhat new to the site. Knuck
is a consistent battler and never fails to produce some hits. RPK
hasn't dropped anything wowing in the league so far, but he has
not battled the opponents that would require that yet, so I don't
really know how good he is. In the end, the safe pick is Knuck, but
we might just see the 1st upset of the season in this battle here.
Battle of the Week Potential: 4-1

Boredom vs. Vinzr
Vinzr is a solid dude with some experience from different sites. He
never really made it to the champ matches of the leagues, though.
So this might be his chance to beat the type of opponent that's
considered to be in the upper tier of the league. To be honest, I
don't think that he's ready for it yet, but then again, the underdog
factor is something you can't ever disregard. If Boredom sleeps
here, he might get caught. Otherwise, I got Bore winning, though

Well, it should be no surprise why I pitted these two against each
other. I mean, just look at how cute their names look next to each
other. As for the result of the battle, I don't really care. Honestly,
I just wanna see the two go 20 lines each, dropping only nameplays.
That'd make it the Battle of the Week for sure. If not of the League.
Battle of the Week Potential: OBV BOTW IS OBV

mdesanto vs. bleak
This is an interesting battle. Both have lost a battle and won one
so far, so this is the point that leaves one with a pretty good record
and one with a not so nice one. But who will it be? To be honest, I
got bleak here. He surprised me last week with a very solid verse with
good wording, which is a compartment mdesanto is still lacking in a
bit if I remember correctly. Both seem to be motivated, though, so
this might be better than a lot of people think judging from the names.
Battle of the Week Potential: 6-1

Witty vs. R!canTheoryz
Contrary to what you might've heard, R!can isn't too bad at text
battles if he tries and polishes up his wording. But Witty is really not
bad either. His drop in the Ultimate Writer tourney surprised me; it
is very solid. So even though R!can might be a bit more experienced,
I actually got Witty here. This will most likely be a better battle than
most guys would give it credit for.
Battle of the Week Potential: 6-1

megatron vs. Utmost
Mega showed he really has some bars last week and even got the
Battle of the Week. But then, Utmost comes with those wordplays
too. What makes this battle even more interesting is the fact that
the both of them seem to be on a similar level, which means that
this will not be one-sided. With mega being in the league longer
and with him having gotten Battle of the Week already, it's hard to
predict against him, but Umost is one to pull off some upsets.
Battle of the Week Potential: 4-1

Grave Diggs vs. Flo Real
Grave had an ... unusual verse to say the least. If he can convert
that whacky borderline gay humor into ridiculing humor, though, he
could win some battles. Flo is an overall decent battler, though, and
even if he were Hoard, he'd still be decent. So I have him winning.
Battle of the Week Potential: 8-1

Mac vs. fire marshall ill
Mac showed he's decent last week, but also left some room for
improvement. Marshall has a horrible name, but so do I, so in the
end, he could still be decent. Still, Mac is the safe pick here, be-
cause I've actually seen him drop something that was not bad.
