it culminated with him having a UK ip, and all of a sudden, not only his his brother there, now he is too.

also, when s. modded a board back in the day - IP checks for me always gave me /every/ IP that someone posted from.. ie if he had one IP in philly, one in UK.. I'd imagine @trap would say so.. shrug?
