Of course it is gay if someone is watching gay porn...he has the sexual desire to have sex with a man, but just because somebody likes anal stimulation does not mean they want to have sex with a man, maybe they do, but that can't be decided just because of what they enjoy, the act itself isn't homosexual and the intention can not realistically be decided judged on the act alone.
