lol I've said it to a few black people. I say nigga all the time. Around 'tough' black people. Although I try not to anymore cause it really is a dumb word. I usually say it satirically. like 'damn nigga i'm tired as hell dogggggg" but that's just like lame shit I say cause I have nothing else to say and I don't want to sound too serious. Although, truly I am tired. I've called a group of black kids about to fight me, niggers. And my black friend and I fought them, back in high school. We won. I played sports in my town and it was predominantly black people who were on the sports teams, I said nigga/nigger all the time. I'm not white, but I look white. I almost got into a few altercations for saying nigga/nigger seriously and non-seriously. I don't really care if a black person hears me say it, even if I'm not talking to them. I won't really say it, if I don't know the black person though, depends on where I am. If I'm like in an office or the dentist or some shit I won't say, but if I'm in a warehouse selling drugs or making a porno, I'll say it. I kinda like when black people say they'll do something when a white guy says it. I'm not white, but I look white, btw. Or atleast can be passed off as being white. Amount of times I've said nigga around/to a black person, idk like 10,000 maybe. Nigger? idk like 10-15 times. They were being niggers, man.
