man i hate to give you a sincere response in light of what preceded
but in all seriousness ---- the first time i ever did a 3 day fast, I fucked up and went real big.... The second time i did it though --- I had a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk... and it was unrivaled.
