us warship was doing surveillance on chinas aircraft carrier, chinese told them to stop, USA said nah we're in international waters, go fuck your mother. chinese moved to block the ship, the US ship had to maneuver to avoid colliding with them. just another thing china has done to try and portray themselves as a growing naval power they are begging to be attacked
