I get nervous even going near the squat station. I can leg press 425 pounds, so I probably could be decent at squat. But it hurts to even look at it.

Nope. Not trying to be a dick, leg press is useless. Stop it and get to the squat rack immediately. There's a reason you see 135lb 65 year old men "leg pressing" 1000lbs.

I don't care about building muscle anywhere but my knee. I only work out because of a torn ACL. But I'll let my orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist know that an Internet rap friend says their rehabilitation plan is useless.
