I have a weak dose .5mg of Xanax get like 60 every 30 days but barely take half of them if that ... but since they upped my adderal my anxiety has went down a ton ... I was on other meds for years for add then went to adderal two years ago and was on 20mg a day for a about 18 months but was still having Radom panic attacks at night time, now it's 40mg a day and their pretty much gone

Xanax puts me to sleep I hate it ... And I take 2 20mg adderall a day ... 30 is the highest er but I can't sleep on those if I just take the 1 20 every 6-7 hours I can sleep like a baby by 11

My child hold best friend and cousin who I lived with for years is mentally challenged but that doesn't change much, he just doesn't have a very high iq because of some brain damage as a kid

Another good friend of mine Matt has severe brain damage, can't hold a Job, can't function like a normal person with certain simple things but you'd never know unless you really knew him
