I guess it depends a lot on the game manufacturer etc., but I would still be cautious and google a bit before playing anything online before launch.
only dumbasses play this shit online before its release date tbh

i had a modded xbox and played it online for the full trial w/o ever getting my account banned tho, ask hush and gow. i didnt wanna pay for xbl tho
