I have done plenty of research, I can nearly guarantee I have studied more religious texts than anybody on this site...and here is my conclusion...religion can not prove the world was created nor form a logical argument as to how that would have happened.

God created everything...and that is based off of what...a book? A text written by the hand of man? What proof do you have that has led you to believe in this as whole heartedly as you do? Scientists have, well...science, and experiments to prove visually that what they say is true, religions have a book that was written thousands of years ago in most cases, by human beings from farrrrr less advanced societies. Why doesn't the bible mention dinosaurs? Why did it not talk about other planets, other galaxies...nowhere in the bible are black holes mentioned...why not? Let's be real- those who take the bible literally believe that a sky daddy created the earth and the heavens in 6 literal days and that the earth is only 5-6 thousand years old. Meanwhile, scientist believe everything started from nothing, hence the Big Bang theory, but that alone is just as bullshit as a sky daddy creating everything.

Science nor religion can prove how everything started. How can you? Time doesn't even exist. People try to find out about the beginning, but what if everything has just been? People try to predict and ending but what if everything is infinite?

Your opinion is based on 0 logic....I agree nobody can prove how everything started but if you actually bother to take a look you will see substantial evidence that suggests the big bang...the expansion of the universe for example, why are galaxies moving away from us? So yeah I will stick with observable evidence rather than random thoughts from my head or an ancient book.

I don't dismiss the idea of a God, it would not be scientifically accurate to do so because there could be, but even if God does exist that does not change the fact we have SEEN that the universe is expanding...why would you believe a book over what you have seen with your own eyes? The big bang theory is the best, and most convincing theory we have got.

I don't dismiss the idea of God nor the Big Bang, either. You're correct, the evidence is there for us to see. The universe is definitely expanding. I believe both ideas are tied in together. I believe "God" is nothing more than a name/title that people put to describe an unseen force that seems to control everything- but of course, in religion, this concept is taught as a literal being separate from all things thats created that rules. I agree with the Big Bang- just not from the literal sense of an explosion and then everything just magically came to form.
