I understand the urge for sex, it is natural and it is not a new thing, but I don't get why it is such a big issue, it is fun and it is essential but just blindly fucking someone you don't even like seems counter productive to me, what does it achieve? I wouldn't want to fuck someone I don't like, I don't spend any time at all with people I don't like...what is the point?

I would suggest if you find a woman boring as fuck and unfunny just don't spend any time around them, don't fuck them.
