Your mission statement isn't a mission statement. It should read "To provide and facilitate a productive community for writers."

I like the PACT layout.

Since you purchased the site and I assume will be paying for the site you should make it clear that none of the other admins will profit upon the sale of the site. They're willing volunteers.
