Let me do the opening magazine's Bios/ assorted additional sections and you can do the rest, tbh. i have credentials i can show

I'll do my best. can't guarantee it though. my schedule is just real feast-or-famine, I have exceptionally busy weeks and weeks where I don't have a lot to do. makes sustained participation difficult. but I'll try. link me to some of the articles you've written.

Obviously not. I don't like line limits for topicals in general.

Also, I think for tournaments every topic should be a phrase topic. Leagues should be more varied because there are no eliminations.

RHYME changed to tourney format because they could no longer sustain interest for more than a couple weeks, as members grew to be really old and shit

OK, that makes sense. I was probably in around 2006. That was when I was most active.

There is a playoff after the regular season though.

And as far as this thread goes, i think Black definitely deserves a HOF imo, even though i think, originally, the post was more tongue-in-cheek than anything else.
