My reaction on reading your first post is that this is a terrible time for u to turn yourself in. Your girl is going through so horrible shit right now, you should be there for her. If not I can't blame her for reaching out to others for comfort.

Turning yourself in is a noble thing to do but it's trumped by your obligations as a father at this point
