Been a couple years since last time I was in a serious relationship, but I can relate and it's winner is:

Greys Anatomy.

Even ended up buying first season on DVD for myself cuz I enjoy collecting movies/TV-shows. Serious. Beside of that our tastes were pretty much the same when it came to TV, but Greys Anatomy, actually enjoyed that shit for a few seasons.
