we got no TOs yesterday, they had like 3-4 and we gave up 16 points even tho we should have given up at least 30

U don't dare see me bragging about the Skins defense, or anyone in my division for that matter... at one time a couple seasons ago the Giants D was feared immensely. The only thing my team has going for them on defense is our front 7.. they're above average & might prove to be dominant. Our back end is near pathetic, if not pathetic... I'll see tonight which.

But yeah.. ur squad USED to have an elite defense.. I think ur just giving a maybe above average group of guys alot more credit than they deserve because ur stuck in the past.

But hey, u got ur coordinator still.. he's HOF. That always will play a key role. Dude can coach & put the right personnel out there in the right situations.

well.. I consider elite D defenses to be ones that give up little yards, minimal points week in and week out

our D was #1 giving up yards, and #6 giving up points last yr, and after yesterday they still seem sharp

but idk.. if you didn't/don't watch the steelers games then its hard to understand that the d is elite

but it is. our D still is elite. and will be for years looking at the current youth and depth we have

That's mostly a product of having no weapons. Losing Leveon was huge. And Brown is perfect as a number two but is not a threat as a 1. Roethlisberger isn't the level of qb to make those type of weapons work

all i know is the D the steelers run is like the ravens base defense. (although the ravens run everything from 3-4 to 4-3 to the 46 and every type of nickle dime etc, their base d is still the 3-4)

the steelers like the ravens want huge linemen who do nothing but take up blockers, so that the linebackers can run free to the ball.

but yo like i said i didnt watch this game so i dunno, i seen a short like 2 minute highlight thing and it had jarvis jones smacking cj2k in the backfield pretty nice, and polamalu being polamalu

they only gave up 16 points, but the titans are terrible.

but i dunno how many turnovers the steelers offense had or what the time of possession is looking like

the steelers D is always solid tho. probably finish top 10.
