Decker is going to be the type of guy who frustrates fantasy owners all year. He'll have at least one two-touchdown, 140-yard game, probably two or three. But it's all about predicting the right matchups for him.
He had seven targets today, for what it's worth. Welker is much more valuable in point-per-reception leagues. But those are the worst.
