Tough one...
Most Americans like S.A.S, Masai is feeling Dot Rotten, Ghetto/Ghetts and Kano who are more what we call "Grime" which is a 180bpm tempo as opposed to a more 90bpm "hiphop" one, personally I like Kyza and Klashnekoff. There's a few to start at least.
