they do. easily. they accounted for 41% of hacking attacks last quarter of year. my dude's professor in his computer forensics class said that they think China has infiltrated every US Government online database. their government cyber-warfare unit i mean, maybe other individual groups are more skilled but China is the most successful/ prolific
