Man I don't care who you are raising a child is an every day challenge ( its not hard just everyday is different ) having a puppy who's learning to be housebroken and now has a broken leg is like having another infant at times ....

And I don't care who you are working with mentally incompetent children for 16 hours straight is a fucking endurance trial

They all have implied mental diagnosis ... incompetent is a term we use witj their therapist and psychologist all the time

I've heard it as a law term, but never in regards to therapy with children.
