1-2 times a day, mouth wash. That's about it. I drink a shitload of soda though so holes is inevitable. Went to the dentist n dude told me to stop drinking cola/juice and tea with sugar in it etc. The holes aint big, easy to fix and no real issue tbh, but yeah they come pretty fast so I'mma start keeping it to the weekends or something and start to up my coffee game tbh.

I use floss on the daily, brush twice and usually mouthwash 1-2 times a day. I hate going to the dentist.

Wow. 14 cavities??? You need to start brushing and flossing daily son. I remember having mad cavities as a child but all I ate was candy. Recently I've been neglecting to brush before sleep. My teeth are yellow as fuck and I have a slight underbite because as a child when the dentist asked me if my retainer still fit I said yes even though it was way too small b/c putting that mold on you to make a new one was mad annoying and uncomfortable to an 11 y/o gawd (WTF 20 MINUTES NO I HAVE ADHD). but yeah if u have 14 cavs something is wrong

my teeth are white as shit, but my canines are rottenous, and my teeth, not my 2 front teeth, but the teeth inbetween the canine and the 2 fronts are both rotting away

i dont get it. my molars are all fine no cavities. just my top teeth are fucked

i wanna pull them out and get some fake shit that clips in then i'd be perfect. but im broke. and i cant just pull them out, they'd probably break apart and then id have pieces still in my gums killing me
