Highly doubtful, I don't see what would be benefited from a organized katrina.

check out William Reich and early research on radiosondes and weather modification. Radiosondes were found to induce the storm CAPE numbers exceptionally

you can check the logs for HAARP and see how it targeted the storm and coast during hurrican Sandy. This stuff is for real. Like someone said, they don't influence all the weather because mother nature still trumps anything man made when it comes to her woes, but they do have there dirty little hands in it when there are beneficial factors involved. In my opinion, we are engaged in weather wars with a few other folks right now on a covert and minimal front, but as I said....mother nature and her woes trump whatever we can fuck up 10 fold....gulf stream hint hint lol

america isnt the only country with the technology, russia and china and others have it as well

not saying they did that tho at all, just sayin

and chyeahh how do they target anything?i dont understand it honestly. i thought it was just a bunch of antennas

the show made it seem like it could heat the ionosphere above it, which would change weather patterns elsewhere

and honestly if they targeted sandy if thats even possible, it could be to reverse the effects of it? i dunno tho.

antennas and frequency. Everything has a frequency. Scalar wave tech abides by the same principles. Tune to the correct frequency and you've targeted something specific and particular.

they've had this tech for a very long time. Goes back To Tesla, they even studied the lost sciences and kept that out of the mainstream and public view. Research F sharp and resonance.

EDIT: meant to say harmonic resonance

that's assuming that the country in question has the technology. Not all of them do.

I'll still would have to be struck by lighting and if so that was to occur I don't think the golf clubs would make much of a difference. i'll still be dead so your golf joke is pretty silly if you think about it.

I work at a gold course, if there is lightning people generally head to the clubhouse and the grounds crew is not permitted to run machinery. Not sure who that information is siding with, if anyonr, but I apologize to the other person
