did I say that idiot? I know the rotation shit, but we get RC South, RC East, and every other hot spot that fuck units can't hold on too. Matter fact, my last deployment to RC West, Bala Murghab Valley we got RIP by 2nd ID. While we were doing right seat rides on the OPs we had, got in a TIC, and an E6 couldn't even perform remedial action on a M240B. Bitch got punked off my hill the same day. We lost 16 guys in that valley between us and MARSOC only to find out 2nd ID stepped off all 11 OPs we took because they couldn't hold them.

Like I said kid, we fight REAL wars, you might go over there. But the boardwalk in Kdar or Disney in Bagram isn't a deployment.

I respect them, but I don't see them as the same. They aren't, ask anyone that's been in 82nd for more than 5 years. A normal year for us is West Point to cadets, CJSOTF ops in Florida, and NTC or JRTC. What's your MOS anyway? How many times have you deployed and where?

I got a 99 on my ASVAB lol.. almost joined the Marines... then the recruiter told me I'd have to go to officer school to get into the fighter pilot program and that was like 8 years of service to pay off school loans, and I'd rather be a regular old engineer
