I’m pretty sure Diode isn’t speaking literally as in swinging Hammers, framing, dry-wallling, plumbing, running wire, etc.

But yea, I’m looking in to new construction now and picking out a layout as well as all the bell and whistle internal bullshit like appliances is already a headache lol.
