What defines a textcee as one of the GOATs?

Being the best textcee in the world is like being the most popular kid in the AV club.

It's not really something you could use as a conversation starter with a chick at the bar, or even in a normal conversation.

I'd rather be the most hated MC on the internet than be the most popular textcee, IMO.
