The fighting and hooliganism is truly shocking. I'm honestly appalled.
The main problem is that we took the passports off of all our hardcore hooligans so they couldn't travel to France. The Russians didn't bother doing that, so their top boys are tearing up random, weak English fans. We need to give the main men their rights to travel back to even the score up
