not really a springboard u were prob already a good writer who got A's in English class...

u just had to cater your shit to rhyming in topicals, which probably takes like 1-10 verses depending on who it is...

but next time ur getting ate up, plus I got my shape up...front squat 225 my G. what's your max front squat?

I'm currently an alcoholic who bench presses every now and then.

If we're talking primecake, I never cared about front squat. I'd do it every now and then as accessory work. One plate for reps, three sets or something. Your approach to weightlifting acumen is the same as your approach to the financial markets, and thus other aspects of your life.

You know for a fact that front squat isn't something of a comparable measure for most serious people trying to test their stength. But by bragging about that aspect people will assume you're strong. It's an ancillary thing. The best powerlifters in the world have a dope front squat, yeah. They have that because they've squatted, normal, 10,000 times.

In my fatcake, non-lifting state I could probably outlift you in the three main lifts. Bench, Squat, Deadlift. It's no thing. At my peak I was 295x2 (clean) bench, 305x2 squat, and 425 deadlift. 25 bodyweight pullups at 185 (full pause, chin above bar). It's weird to me you bring up physical prowess. I worked up such a base that even in my current alcoholic fat state I could out front squat you, if I focused on it, in 1-2 months. It's a weird thing.

front squats need more core to stabilize and produce less stress on the knees. After I finish my 5x5 (week 3 now), I will be above ur prime squat, slightly below ur prime bench and way below ur prime deadlift. I know it's hard to believe but I'll re-up that financial thread when the stocks blow

Hello, welcome back, I had wondered where you were at, although you did swear in your last AOWL final interview you were going to leave for good, glad you didn't. I believe you and I have never faced, even though we competed all of last AOWL together, you notably making it to the finals and I the semi's, but both of us losing to deadman's deadly hand. Basically, I'm just giving you clues to who I am, if you didn't recognize me.

It is lovely to see contenders from last AOWL, other individuals who are needed are Certain, Zygote, and Frank.

I still remember the match you had with Zygote, very monumental, at least to me. It was akin to two titans clashing and it was quite a spectacle to witness.
