I see, it seems an unnecessary risk to take when the same can be achieved by lifting things more often, or however people get big muscles and shit.

@Bruce Leroy - fair enough, I find it sad people are willing to risk their lives for outward appearances. But then again I smoke and that's super fucking dumb so I can't say shit, I find what I do pretty sad too.
