One lady that worked on a corner of my street was found out to have a 2 story house and 3 cars.

I saw another dude get up out of his wheelchair, fold it up.. and start walking to a better spot.

Downtown ghetto areas, I'd always get asked. I gave in a couple of time with jingling pocket change if they gave me a long story and talked to me. One time the same dude I gave change to at 4 AM from a month ago came up to the outside area same venue and gave me the same long ass speech, and when I figured it was BS... I just wasted his time by talking to him.

Best thing to do is hand them a banana, cuz the cash will go to alcohol... probably 99% of the time. A banana will help them survive the heat (well I was in Vegas... I dunno how those fuckers could withstand the heat for so long).
