I have been caught numerous times by my mum as a teen. Once she saw me and froze for like 2 seconds before I aw her and stopped, now think how I felt, all she could say in a timid voice was "what?". I immediately buried my head and she walked out. But she played it like a champ and pretended it didnt happen and began conversing normally after 10 minutes.
