like most mainstream artists, religious organizations have to conform to what they believe most people want... their only purpose is self-preservation.
people don't realize that this stretches back to like, the dawn of civilization lol. but like, the very core of the idea of God- is that there is some force that brings order out of chaos, which is the natural state of the universe. that's interesting to me.
