how do you deal with people who WRONGED you

Its $20 mate. Maybe he is ashamed of having an allowance from his son, thats why he doesn't want to tell you about it. Just confront him civilly and say look if you want extra to do whatever with next time please dont lie to me just be forthcoming its not an issue.

He is your father man, mine has done terrible shit to my family but I could never strike him.
