now imagine if instead of going to the gym regularly and cooking delicious meals, you just ate red lead pasta dinners every other day seperated by pork chops and steaks and chicken. you chainsmoked cigs and had wendys burger king or subway everyday for lunch. and by subway i mean the big philly cheesesteak footlong. and all you ever drink is coca cola and BEER. and imagine your bald and bearded like a ruffian and people think you were an extra in braveheart and everywhere you went people look at you like your a BEAST and can move heavy shit.

i don't diet. i don't do macros. i don't do crazy supplements and workout regiments.

i go to the gym for 30-45m for 3x a week. i lift things up and put them down and go home.

you have the wrong idea. i am not mr. crossfit here.
