Ultimately the problem with your entire team is that you have guys like Howie Long and Art Shell and Gene Upshaw and Dick Butkus who are 30-plus pounds underweight for their positions now. Shell and Upshaw are underweight, which I'm ok with and did think about. Shell wouldn't be giving up much weight in general match ups against 3-4 backers and 4-3 ends, however Upshaw would be giving up more significant weight differential. That's where his chemistry with Shell comes in, as well as his nastiness and smarts. Plus, you generally get more double teams inside, so help from Mike Webster is indeed great help, since Hutch at right guard isn't giving up weight.

Howie Long is 10-20 pounds less than some of the better 3-4 ends, so his athleticism, grit, determination and know how make that up for me easily.
